Sellers must:

• Provide accurate identity and contact information

Khello may conduct verification checks.

Sellers must ensure:

• Accurate product descriptions
• Honest condition reporting for used items
• Compliance with safety standards for children's products

Unsafe or recalled baby items must not be listed.

Sellers must not sell counterfeit or unauthorized products. Any violation may result in:

• Listing removal
• Account suspension
• Legal action

Sellers determine their own pricing but must not engage in misleading pricing practices.

Sellers must:

• Ship orders within the stated timeframe
• Use appropriate packaging
• Provide tracking details where available

Sellers must cooperate with legitimate return or refund requests in accordance with platform policies.

Khello may charge sellers:

• Listing fees
• Transaction commissions
• Payment processing fees

Sellers must not:

• Manipulate reviews
• Misrepresent product conditions
• Conduct transactions outside the platform

Sellers are fully responsible for:

• Product safety
• Regulatory compliance
• Legal claims related to products sold

Khello may suspend seller accounts for policy violations or fraudulent activity.
